The original Saint Laurent boutique opened in Paris in 1966 and I believe this to be from about 1970 or so based on the style and the label. It is a spectacular skirt made of a soft, almost fine flannel like brushed cotton on a pretty blue printed hue. The cut is amazing fine flat seams are worked around the upper hip that open into the fullness
