This jumper certainly epitomizes exactly that as it hugs the hips and cinches in the waist

The sleeves are amazing and they are each cut extra long and have a definitive flare when they reach the cuffs

The shoulders are lightly padded (you could remove and it will still sit properly) and the waist is elastic so it settles exactly into place on the wearer

(though I think it could also be worn at the back - it seemed to sit perfectly either way I just prefer the front detailing myself)
