This style has 2 laced openings at the Waist which can each open up to 3". Skirt is open on both sides and is usually worn over another skirt pants or leggings. Measurements below are of the garment laced fully closed. Small: Waist narrowest point 22" widest point 26" Length Waist to Hem: 35. 5" Medium: Waist narrowest point 27" widest point 32"
